With the terrible tragedy of this past Friday weighing heavily on so many hearts, it is hard to write anything here today. The senselessness of the school shooting in Connecticut along with the violence that we witness on the news on a daily basis all over our planet just has me lost for words. I can't say anything different or better than what has already been said or that will be said. It all just breaks my heart.
Praying for our world...

You're right. It's one of the main reasons you'll seldom see me write or comment about what's going on in the news whether it's tragedy such as this or politics or whatever. Our world is filled with this and I choose to keep my mind clear of it as well as my voice out of it unless I have to talk to my children about it. I can not comprehend another parent's crushing feelings of losing a child in such a senseless way or the depth of pain this causes those involved. You're right, we must pray.
