Just a Bit Blah

I’ve just been feeling kind of blah about everything lately. I can’t decide if I’m homesick or just burnt out…maybe it’s a bit of both. I’ve been falling behind with my blogging, because I haven’t known what to write really. I just don’t want you all to think that I’m abandoning things here. I’m not…I’m just a bit out of synch at the moment, but I’ll be okay. I appreciate those of you who visit me here, so just know, I’m giving my blogging another try today. (smile) Wish me luck ;-)

I am sorry that you are feeling blah. Me too. But, I always feel blah this time of the year, I really don't know why. I hope you feel better soon.

I hope you are feeling better soon. Maybe it is just burn out from the winter and once the weather gets nicer, things will look brighter.

Hope you'll come out of these doldrums soon. I know I'm not alone in that I always love reading your blog so you have to keep going. We all have some down days even if we're not living away from home. I'm sure you'll be rarin' to go again soon. Just remember we are rootin' for you.

I hope you feel better soon. It's a blah time of year for me too, I really prefer October/November...

I was so glad to see your new posts, I love your blog :)

Don't know if I ever mentioned it but I'm also an American married to a Brit (in Canada, though)

I've had the blahs myself. I think it's this lingering winter. I want summer and warmth back. Instead we got more snow.

I understand the blahs...I get them too. I admit that feeling it here can be harder to shake ... one has to be more creative in my little village because there's not much that can distract you during a series of cold, wet, days... except maybe imagination.

Maybe one of these days it will really be spring and we'll all perk up a bit!

I'm sure you'll get your groove back. Sometimes you need to sit back for a few and take a little mind break.
Don't feel bad about it....happens to us all! :)

Good luck! I think all bloggers go through the same thing. It will get better. Enjoy your life and things to write about will come.

Hang in there Dori.

What have you been cookin' lately? Miss those photos of nice dishes (pizza, pies, muffins and such) that you shared with us in the past. :-)

Hi Dori,
I came by to visit one of my favorite people and I'm sorry to read you are feeling blah. Sometimes blogging can be overwhelming and if you step away from it for a while, the visiting, commenting, etc., you'll feel better.
Consider yourself hugged.

I haven't been here in a while, stuck in my own blogging blahs. I think it helps to take a break and just let things percolate.

Thanks for your support, too. :)

Sorry to hear you've not been feeling great. We all have times like that.

Perhaps a nice walk around Avebury followed by a cream tea in Marlborough would help to clear away the cobwebs!

I love reading your blog, so hang in there!

Take care,

Roz

Thanks so much everyone for all of your support, friendship, and hugs. It's so nice to find that others understand or have been there. I'm going to keep at blogging even when I'm on the skids :-) I value this community so much :-)

I am really sorry that you aren't feeling well. I know that things will perk-up soon. I am also sorry that I haven't been around for a while. It has been madness around here. I am currently trying to get the girls caught-up in their math and we have state tests coming up in a few weeks, so I need to prepare them for that as well. I hope you get to feeling better soon:)

Tahtimbo,
Thanks for stopping by. I really appreciate your support and friendship :-) And don't worry about not being able to visit lately, your girls' math is more important. I wish them all the best as they take their tests. Go get 'em teacher ;-) Have a great weekend!
